This is to inform you that we will be closed from 28th September - 6th October for Hari Raya. So if you have cravings for some of the homecooked-magic meals from us, don't worry... we'll be up and cooking again from the 7th of October onwards!

That's right folks! We've upgraded and revamped our menu - IT'S BIGGER, BETTER AND MORE SATISFYING THAN EVER! You know you want to check out our yummylicious food 8Db

And so the fasting month has arrived - a happy and blessed Ramadhan to all - and yes, WE ARE OPEN during the fasting month. In fact, we've got a few specials lined up especially for Ramadhan ;)

WHAT? We're having a JUNKYARD SALE!! Specifically for CDs, DVDs, VHS, cassettes, books, comics, manga and other similar items. Also for music/movie/book-related memorabilia such as posters and buttons etc.

And by specific, we mean NO used pots & pans, NO old clothes, NO antique photoframes, NO garden gnomes, NO self-made bookstand you made during Kemahiran Hidup class back in secondary school...

WHEN? August 16, 2008. Saturday. 2:00pm - 7:00 pm. You know you wanna be there.

WHERE? At the cafe of course! In case you still don't know where we're located, HERE'S A MAP.

WHY? Because everyone loves junkyard sales! Think of all the awesome treasures you could find. One person's unwanted NKOTB album is another person's trip back down memory lane.

HOW? It's simple - you bring your stuff, stick your price then chill & hangout at our cafe whilst other people browse through your items. At the same time you can go dig through others' stuff too! You might just find something to take home.
Note: Since we are people who love our planet Earth and wish to avoid unnecessary wastage, we will not be providing plastic bags for purchases. Please bring your own reusable shopping bags/boxes to carry goods home :)

Hey everyone!

For those of you looking for a laid-back, comfortable place to hang out and enjoy a good meal or a cup of coffee at, then our cafe is the best place for you :)

An environment not unlike your very own living/dining room, delicious meals at affordable prices, wi-fi facilities, friendly staff, and good music... drop by and experience it for yourself!

To avoid confusion though, we're currently operating under the name of "Hoxe's Bookstore and Cafe" until the name change to Nineteen Notes is finalized.

Our operation hours are:
Tues - Thurs: 11am - 11pm (kitchen closes 10.30pm)
Fri - Sat : 12pm - 12am (kitchen closes 11.00pm)
Sun : 12pm - 11pm (kitchen closes 10.30pm)
